FREE drive-up testing for COVID-19 will be held at three locations in Bayfield County in the next two weeks:

• Thursday, June 11^th – Red Cliff/Legendary Water Casino Parking Lot
• Wednesday, June 17^th – Drummond/Civic Center Parking Lot
• Thursday, June 18^th – Iron River/Community Center Parking Lot

Testing at all locations will be available from 11 am to 7 pm.

Some details:

• Those being tested will not need to get out of the car
• The testing will be done with a nasal swab
• Anyone 5 years and older may be tested
• List of possible symptoms includes: runny nose, cough, fever, loss of taste/smell, shortness of breath, sore throat, fatigue/extreme tiredness, body aches, diarrhea, vomiting or nausea, chills, etc.
• Minors must have a parent or legal guardian present for testing.
• Testing will be done on a first come/first served basis
• Wisconsin National Guard members will be doing the testing

We are encouraging asymptomatic folks to be tested, especially ambulance, fire, law enforcement and health providers.
