The Wisconsin Towns Association is planning to hold a set of Environmental Workshops with the Professional Dairy Producers of Wisconsin. These tours will be outside, on the farm, and in the field with plenty of social distancing. Tours will offer an opportunity to view, learn about, and engage in a dialogue about water quality, manure management advances, cover crops, and other challenges/opportunities that must be addressed for rural areas to succeed. Tours will be held from 9am – 3:15pm in South Wayne and Athens, Wisconsin on September 23rd and 24th, respectively. Registration is $30 and lunch is included. You can find more information here.
