The University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and the Wisconsin Department of Transportation are conducting a survey to better understand and address the mobility needs of Wisconsin’s older adults. These results will be used for future planning and transportation infrastructure at a state level.

The voluntary survey should take 15 minutes or less to complete. Paper copies will also be made available at the community center.
