Siskiwit River Estuary Protection and Access  Acquisition– Update

There are two grants that have been applied for by the town.  There is a conflict of

interest with our current attorney Jack Carlson and the Siskiwit River Estuary Protection and

Access acquisition.  He is representing the property owner.  The board approved using Nordling

from Washburn for the acquisition.  M. O’Bryon contacted him with a question about providing

copies of the grants for a public records request.  Discussion was held about the costs of the

acquisition and the public having a voice.
