Bayfield County Planning and Zoning has received a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) Application for Kristle KLR submitted by Kristle Majchrzak (Glau) and Robert Glau in the Town of Clover (Herbster), Wisconsin so they may transport water from their property for bottling.  You can access the full Conditional Use Permit Application on the Bayfield County Website April 15th meeting agenda.

If you are concerned or wish to learn more about the impacts of removing and selling water from the Bark Bay Watershed and the Great Lakes Basin, there are two upcoming meetings that will address this Conditional Use Permit:

• The Town of Clover Board Meeting: April 14th at 7PM, Historic Gym
• The Bayfield County Planning and Zoning Committee: April 15th at 4PM, County Board Room, 117 E 5th St. in Washburn.
