The principles governing this Steering Committee:
• To narrow down the feasible options into workable solutions.
• To keep the public involved in the process.
• To utilize public input to fine-tune the options/ solutions.
• To craft a Request for Proposal for developers that includes local preference,
• To collect and evaluate the proposals.
• Look for funding sources.
• Look for local investors.
• To present a synopsis of the proposals and recommendation to the Town Board.

Preliminary Agenda for May1 meeting.
Call meeting to order:
1. Review and discussion of Kelly Westland’s 3 models
2. Review of identified properties. – Have some maps to show
3. Randy’s clarification of “independent”.
4. Review of the Informal April 17th Senior Housing Survey.
5. Results of Interviews.
6. Other ideas or items related to housing that may be raised.

Meeting time is planned to be 60 minutes. Unfinished business will be deferred to next meeting.
