Meeting was called to order at 4:10 p.m.

Commissioners present: Dave Tillmans, Gordon Anderson, Jackie Eid

Commissioners absent: Mark Ehlers, Greg Weiss

Community members present: Nancy Moye

May 5, 2021 meeting minutes approved with the addition of information to Stormwater Drainage Issues. Motion to approve by Gordon Anderson, second Dave Tillmans. Unanimous

Public comments: none

Correspondence/Updates: No update on the Hwy 13 crosswalk landing on north side of highway. Dynamic Radar sign: will be discussed at the budget meetings.

Stoneman Class A Special Use: Recommendation to Town Board to approve short term rental. Motion to approve by Jackie Eid, second Dave Tillmans. Unanimous

Hoffman Class A Special Use: Recommendation to Town Board to approve short term rental. Motion to approve by Dave Tillmans, second Gordon Anderson. Unanimous

Wyn Mass-Prozan Class A Special Use:Recommendation to Town Board to table pending more information. Motion to table by Gordon Anderson, second Jackie Eid. Unanimous

Curland & Pansch Class A Special Use: Recommendation to Town Board to approve construction of an unplumbed cabin. Motion to approve by Jackie Eid, second Dave Tillmans. Unanimous

Lost Creek Road Town owned parcel: Discussion was started. Will continue at the July meeting.

Comprehensive Plan Survey and Amendments: Thoughts were presented by Nancy Moye. See attached.

July meeting date: July 7, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. at the Community Center.
