Town of Bell Planning Commission Meeting Minutes

June 4, 2020

Meeting called to order at 7:05 p.m.

Commission members present: Greg Weiss, Gordon Anderson, Dave Tillmans,

Jackie Eid

Approval of May 2020 meeting minutes. Motion Jackie Eid, second Gordon Anderson. Unanimous

Correspondence/Updates: None

Sidewalks: The Planning Commission will be doing some research as to how the Town of Bell should handle this. As the Town owns the roadway which also encompasses the sidewalks if there are repairs to be made who is responsible. Will be reaching out to the Towns Assoc. for help in clarifying. Will also be asking for guidance as to sidewalk use. Bayfield and Cable will be contacted on how they handle their sidewalk repairs.

MLS Grant: Copies of the application have been forwarded to all commission members. Each commission member has been asked to review as to ways to break down the application into smaller projects. We are hoping to find funding for smaller projects.
