The goal of this Steering Committee is: (to be validated by committee April 11)

• To narrow down the preferred/feasible options.
• To present the options for public input.
• To utilize public input to fine-tune the options.
• To craft a Request For Proposal for developers
• To collect and evaluate the proposals.
• To present a synopsis of the proposals to the Town Board.

Preliminary Agenda for April 11 meeting.

Call meeting to order:

1. Review of past work.
2. What group(s) do we wish to serve. One and two person households, and/or larger family groups.
3. How many units.
4. Where do we want to locate them.
5. Other ideas or items related to housing that may be raised.

Meeting time is planned to be 60 minutes.  Unfinished business will be deferred to next meeting.
