   1. Beach Bathrooms – paint floors, new doors
   2. Playground Equipment – inspection, replace/repair borders, basketball netting
   3. Lighting behind Community Center
   4. Swenson Pavilion – set up 2 new picnic tables; remove 2 oldest tables
2. Campground:
   1. Maintenance – spring clean up & PortaPotty rental/old units removal
3. Siskiwit Lake Boat Launch – start date donation box
4. Boats Don’t Float – update & new signage
5. Outdoor Exercise County Grant – update
6. 2024 Budget – additional approved projects:
   1. 2 more picnic tables
   2. Swenson Pavilion repair: new roof, raised platform, gravel apron, decking
   3. Siskiwit Bay Parkway Well: new roof
   4. Superior Avenue PortaPotty rental/old unit removal
   5. Request budget line item for beach bathroom maintenance
7. Leopold Benches made by South Shore High School students
